Wonderful to see the information on social media on how to challenge the mad Staveley Rd scheme, which Hounslow Council appear to be re-introducing today or tomorrow so they can coin it to the tune of £438k a week. That’s a tax on hard working people visiting friends in Grove Park. Meanwhile TfL from reports on Chiswick W4 says there are further delays into November, so no one can get to people in Grove Park putting more traffic onto the A4. Madness.Good to know from the Angels of Chiswick, that many that have challenged the fines have been successful in taking it to the Adjudicator and reference is made to two cases - Case No 222048319A and Case No 222156138, where in one the Adjudicator says, in no uncertain terms it is a failing scheme, as “Multiple vehicles making the same transgression is suggestive of an inadequacy of communication of the traffic regime.” That is polite.Should there not be a class action brought against LBH for this failed scheme, and the morally bankrupt fines. Thank you, Angels of Chiswick, as Robbie would say “And through it all she offers me protection”.
