Virgin Media Internet Fault?

Is anyone else on Virgin Media without Internet service today?I am bored with resetting, only to get seconds of connectivity, so thought I would check if it was a local service issue.(Virgin says there isn't a problem...next tech available Monday)Thanks!

Seems fine here (Chiswick house area). I'm sure you've tried this, but have you tired completely turning off the router for a few minutes and then rebooting?

There was planned work going on yesterday about which I was notified in advance. As usual with Virgin when they announce potential interruptions to service they never seem to happen whereas when it does go down it's always out of the blue! In the event there was no problem here in my bit of Grove Park.If you have a Virgin phone line (and it's working) the best way to find out if it's an area outage rather than just you is to call 150 and follow the prompts. I find this tends to be more up to date about problems than their online tools (which of course you can't use if the internet isn't working.)

Mine's okay but somebody in my street was complaining yesterday that theirs was down.
