Swimming

Due to lockdown the kids have not been able to go swimming and feel like they are missing out.I was thinking how great it would be to have a canal/lazy river installed by the cycleway from say Hammersmith, through Chiswick, up to Gunnersbury.It would probably need to have a few small bridges for pedestrians/cars to cross.  Also maybe some strategically placed changing facilities.Question.  Should it be heated?  If it was, it could be used year round, but would that have an environmental impact?

School Streets

(Specifically those included in the South Chiswick plan.)I don't seem to be able to find any information about when these restrictions  will be in place. By this I don't mean hours of operation, rather the days or weeks when they will apply. Surely not during school holidays? I did read somewhere that someone claimed to have picked up a ticket during half term. Will there be some on-street means of showing whether or not restrictions are in operation (for example covering the signs)?Sorry if I'm being thick but I can't seem to find this information anywhere on the relevant Hounslow websites. I'm trying to prepare for giving visitors instructions on how to drive to where I live - it's a pretty tricky business now trying to get from A to B without picking  up a fine - or several.

Chiswick High Road and emergency services non ability to access

I witnessed last week an ambulance trying to get through single lane traffic both ways....impossible task for the driver.  This high road now is so dangerous it only needs a vehicle road accident which would then force any driver, including emergency services (police also in pursuit), to prevent any reasonable and safe thoroughfare.
