On the one hand he disrupts traffic by shutting multiple roads inconveniencing motorists and residents of Chiswick and then blames the disruption on Thames Water for shutting one road:Cllr Hanif Khan, Cabinet Member for Transport at Hounslow Council said, “We have been informed that Thames Water’s ongoing repair works at Acton Lane will now extend to the 27 November. This is very disappointing as the continued disruption to the road network in the area is seriously inconveniencing motorists and residents of Chiswick. I think the only way to deal with this is to shut LBH for 6 months on a trial basis to see if things improve.
