Through her property company ‘Give it Away’, Charlotte has transformed the lives of disabled children supported by the charity - funding vital mobility equipment and skills training to help them reach their full potential.

During a surprise reception organised by Whizz-Kidz at their London HQ, Charlotte said:
‘I feel privileged to be placed on the Wandsworth Role of Honour in recognition of my work with Whizz-Kidz.
I have loved getting to know all the kids on the charity’s Kidz Board and working with them on different projects. It is wonderful to see how my help can impact on the lives of so many children with the right equipment and life skills. I am excited to see what the future will bring for the ‘Give it Away’ and Whizz-Kidz partnership.’

Director of Fundraising for Whizz-Kidz, Jo Dunsford said:
‘Without people like Charlotte and her company ‘Give it Away’ Whizz-Kidz simply couldn’t help the thousands of kids we are able to reach each year. Charlotte has been a key part of the charity for many years and not only from a fundraising point of view but also really getting to know the young people who are at the heart of the charity – we cannot thank her enough for her generosity.’

As well as buying powered and manual wheelchairs, Charlotte has funded key activities which promote the independence - and celebrate the success - of young disabled people, such as Whizz-Kidz’s Kidz Unlimited awards and the charity’s ‘Kidz Board’.

Through Charlotte’s unwavering support the charity’s young people continue to affect change nationally and in their local communities – securing an audience with Prime Minister David Cameron, and media coverage on the BBC, Sky News and Channel 4.
