21-year-old Miles was attacked in Ascalon Street
Miles Hurley, the nephew of actress and model Elizabeth Hurley, has been stabbed during an altercation in Ascalon Street last week.
Mr Hurley, who took on the Hurley family name when he also became a model, is the son of Liz's older sister Kate Curran. A Met Police spokesperson said that, "Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service. A 21-year-old was discovered with stab wounds to his back."
Liz Tweeted at the weekend that, "My 21-year-old nephew was repeatedly stabbed in a brutal attack in London on Thursday night. The police & hospital are being fantastic. Thank you for all your messages. It is an appalling time for him & our family. The police will be appealing for witnesses."
Miles's 21-year-old friend was also involved in the attack and both men were taken to St George's Hospital for treatment on Thursday night (March 8th) at around 9pm.
The Met Police said, "They are believed to have been attacked by a group of males who got out of a vehicle and assaulted them before fleeing the scene."
A crime scene has been set up but there have not been any arrests so far. Both Miles Hurley and his friend have been released from hospital and are now recovering outside London.
