Local police run summer initiative to tackle behaviour problems
The ASB (Anti Social Behaviour) Summer Initiative started on the 4th of June and runs until the 30th of September.
It is designed to allow the police to tackle the constant problems that occur in certain areas. There are various strands of ASB some of which are listed below.
If any form of ASB is causing you problems please do not hesitate to get in contact with local police via the various means of communication.
Some of you may have already been visited by officers during the recent "Street-A-Week" campaign. This is to assist the police in ascertaining where the problems are and using the right strategy to improve your quality of life.
There is an ASB surgery on August the 2nd at the church on Town Hall Avenue. Please feel free to come along and speak with officers with whatever concerns you have regarding ASB in Chiswick and Brentford.
Further to this "Theme Weeks" will run from the end of June to the end of September. Using all intelligence gathered we will be implementing various tactics and deployments to specified areas throughout each specific week in order to combat whatever the issues are.
As promised the ASB issues being targeted are drugs misuse/dealing, street drinking/begging, noise, rowdy behaviour, animal related problems, vandalism, abandoned vehicles, intimidation, prostitution and litter.
All information you provide WILL be actioned.
