Mellow sounds with Kate de Freitas at Putney's Half Moon
Once a month on a Sunday afternoon Jazz, Latin and Blues Singer, Kate de Freitas brings her own special brand of laid back music to Putney's Half Moon pub.
Described by Jamie Cullen as 'a proper lady singer' Kate started her career in musical theatre, but has now immersed herself in the world of jazz and blues.
Kate performed in Edinburgh over summer where she sang with Fat Sams band, a jive swing 9 piece band.
She is influenced by Louis Prima, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Imelda May, Caro Emerald, Eva Cassidy, Elvis, Nouvelle Vague and Stevie Wonder.
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon listening to some old and new tunes - all performed in Kate's own individual style.
