A virtual Piano Party open to young musicians (aged 5 -19) of ALL levels of experience
This weekend 11th and 12th July sees the launch of World Heart Beat Music Academy’s first ever virtual online Piano Party Festival, giving young London pianists the chance to take to the spotlight and showcase their musical skills.
World Heart Beat’s Piano Party will see young musicians (aged 5 to 19 years) of all levels of experience perform to an online audience. Whether pianists are just starting out on their musical journey, or are established Grade 8 and beyond maestros, each will perform their own choice of music from their home. The choice of music is from any genre, be it jazz, contemporary, classical, rock or other.
The Piano Party weekend consists of five concerts (approx. 35 minutes long) which will be live streamed via Zoom to friends, family and a wider community who can tune in, relax on their sofa and watch online.
Proceeds from the event will go towards World Heart Beat’s Global Giving BE THERE campaign to support young people, especially those living in challenging circumstances, to continue their music learning during the coronavirus crisis.
Concert times:
Saturday 11th July – 4pm, 5pm and 6pm
Sunday 12th July – 4pm and 5pm
Tickets:
Tickets can be purchased from www.ticketsource.co.uk/whb (£2per person). This gives full access to any of the concerts happening throughout the weekend.
