As the Thames Philharmonic Choir prepare for Handel's Messiah
The Thames Philharmonic Choir has been thriving for 44 years and is well known for its musical excellence and for the pleasure it brings to audiences, members and fellow musicians alike. The membership covers a range of age groups, and the combination of high standards and friendliness ensures a regular intake of good singers.
Our next concert is on Saturday 22 November at Cadogan Hall, Sloane Terrace, SW1 when we will sing Handel's Messiah (complete).
Rehearsals are on Tuesdays at 7.30pm, starting on 9 September, alternately at Granard School, Westleigh Avenue, Putney, SW15 or at the old United Reformed Church, Vernon Road, East Sheen, SW14.
Membership is by audition, and full-time students may join free of charge.
