Showing inspirational leadership with an unwavering focus on patient safety and quality
NHS Wandsworth’s very own Di Caulfeild-Stoker has been awarded an MBE for Services to Healthcare in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2010.
Di is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an MA in Marketing. She has worked for 24 years in senior positions in the NHS, and 10 years at director level or above. In 1990 Di moved to Queen Mary's Hospital, Roehampton to take up the post of Director of Nursing and has held posts in general management, marketing and nursing since then leading Community Services Wandsworth or the provider arm of the PCT as it used to be known, since 2005.
Di has been honoured for showing personal commitment and leadership through example, which has epitomised her whole career. She has shown inspirational leadership with an unwavering focus on patient safety and quality.
