Dubbed a ‘nightmare neighbour’ by residents after installing air conditioning units in the garden of the Colinette Road house without planning permission, the X Factor judge appealed against the planning rejection.

Sinitta has been granted one year in which she can run her units - siad to be the size required to keep Putney Exchange cool!  In this period the impact of the units will be judged and if they are abovew a set noise level Wandsworth Council will be allowed to force the removal of the units.

Sinitta is however looking to sell the property and is asking for £4 - 4.5million for the property which is on the market with Warren Estate Agents.
