London Welsh are a small but talented rugby squad looking to recruit players
Our team is made up of all nationalities the perception of it being for Welsh children is now from an age long since past. One thing which does unite all te children is the long standing heritage of the London Welsh name. We have access to the first team players and regularly use them to help coach the children.
We are on the lookout for new talent, the size of our squad means that anyone joining will play a full role during the season i.e. they will not be left on the sidelines.
Over the years we feel that our excellent coaching methods have helped children to develop as players so we are not scared to take on players relatively new to the game and work with them to fulfill their potential.
The team plays in the Middlesex Herts league in division 2 having narrowly missed out on promotion to division 1. The league as a whole is very competitive and there is only minimal difference between the first two divisions.
There are a number of training sessions between now and the end of the season in April and would be keen to offer anyone who would like to consider joining us the chance to come along and experience what we have to offer. We train every Sunday at 9.45am at Chiswick Rugby Club.
