With Italy's delicious seasonal vegetables
Our new winter menu ....is driven by some of the most flavoursome Italian vegetables only found at this time of the year. The inspiration comes from those regions such as Puglia, Tuscany, Veneto and Sicily whose cuisine makes the most out of them with dishes that are unique to the area.
Among these are the cime di rapa, with its addictive mustardy taste, catalogna chicory with its asparagus-like tips, the cavolo nero, the famous black cabbage and the fennel with a mild licquorice flavour. The bitter winter cold makes these vegetables both tender and sweet.
