As the 82nd International Alba White Truffle Fair is drawing to a close (6 Oct - 18 Nov), and the long-established tradition of sending the finest specimen to an illustrious personality is being decided, Enoteca Turi is dedicating a fortnight to this delicacy which is now at its best.
