Alforno is a family tradition in Putney. Situated at 349 Upper
Richmond Road with parking in front it has been a favourite for Putney
families with big appetites for over 10 years.
The food is traditional, authentic yet contemporary Italian served in
a truly rustic Italian atmosphere. The whole building buzzes in the
evening making an evening in Alfornos something very memorable. It is
a fantastic place to celebrate a birthday, exam results, end of term
farewells, weddings, summer parties, 18th and 21st birthdays.

The menu has a great range of breads and olives, many starters ranging
from soup, bruschetta's, salads, juicy prawns, calamari fritti and
grilled sardines. The mains include a range of pasta's and risottos as
well as meat and fish dishes. The pizza's are eye poppingly large
being served on huge wooden platters with most requiring a partner to
share unless your appetite is truly enormous as my rugby playing boys are!!
There is something for everyone on the menu with delicious well
chosen wines and beer to wash it all down with.
Come and enjoy a jolly evening in fabulous surroundings, with great
staff which will really make your meal a special event.
Why not come along on a Tuesday when you can eat as much Pizza and Pasta as you wish for £10 or on a Wednesday for Sicilian night where there's a fixed 3 course menu for £10.
