Additional services to be provided in refurbished Replingham Road premises

The Post Office has announced a planned refurbishment of the busy post office in Southfields which will result in it being able to offer more services
The branch at 10-12 Replingham Road, will temporarily close a 5pm on Tuesday, 18 October and reopen at 8.30am on Friday, November 4.
After the refit, customers will be able to access Post Office services at a screened counter and at a second serving point where the Post Office till is integrated with the retail counter.
When it reopens it will offer new services including On Demand Travel Insurance, Post Office Savings Accounts and change giving services for business banking customers.
While it is closed for the refurbishment works residents and businesses can access post offices services as these nearby branches.

Council deputy leader Kemi Akinola, who is also cabinet member for the voluntary sector, business engagement and culture, said the announcement would “provide widely needed banking services in this part of the borough”.
She added, “Post Offices provide crucial access to important community services. Residents and businesses in Southfields will soon be able to enjoy a wider range of services in their refurbished post office branch.
“This new-look post office will have a second counter ensuring shorter queues for customers. This is great news for local residents and businesses who rely on the post office for everyday services.”
