including a mix of apatments houses and 22 affordable homes

The site is located to the south of Roehampton House next to Roehampton Lane.  The main part of the former hospital site is currently under development and will provide 330 new homes.

Planning applications chairman Leslie McDonnell said:

"This is a thoughtfully-designed development which will provide properties of different sizes and a fair amount of amenity space.

"The plans show the development fitting in well with the Grade 1 listed Roehampton House and the adjoining residential properties to the south.

"The new homes will contribute to the continuing regeneration of Roehampton and provide opportunities for people of all incomes."
