Winners of this year’s annual gardening competition announced
Despite the rain more than 150 residents of the borough entered this year’s competition.
Categories included the Best Blooming front garden, hanging baskets, community area, business premise and the tallest/shortest sunflower competition.
Wandsworth in Bloom is organised by the council's leisure and amenity services department and is open to anyone who lives or works in the borough.
The winner and runner up in each category will receive a cash prize. They will also receive a certificate of participation at a special prize giving ceremony to be attended by the Mayor of Wandsworth, Cllr John Farebrother next month.
