Brentford travelled the short distance home from Wycombe Wanderers today with three points safely in their pocket

Uwe Rosler's side had dominated the first half against a niggly Wanderers side - Nikki Bull denying Marcus Bean within the first 30 seconds.

The game's only goal came via a SuperKev penalty after Clayton Donaldson was shoved over by James Tunnicliffe just inside the box - although the home fans suggested the offence was outside. Boo Hoo Hoo.

Wycombe were the better side after the interval however with man of the match Richard Lee making a string of saves to keep a clean sheet. Ben Strevens also headed against the woodwork, bless him.

Other talking points include Marcel Eger's dodgy new haircut, Miguel Llera playing out the last few minutes in central midfield and the fact that Toumani Diagouraga is back in training. Good away following today too.

Bees remain in fourth on 15 points with Colchester at home on Tuesday night our next fixture followed by Preston next Saturday, also at Griffin Park.

Bees - Lee, Thompson, Eger, Osborne, Woodman, Douglas, Bean, Kev (Llera), Weston (McGinn), Wood (Forrester), Donaldson

      Unused Bees - Moore, Grella
