Calling all seniors, both our beloved regular attendees and new friends!

You are cordially invited to our heartwarming community afternoon tea event dedicated to creating joy, friendship, and good company!

Dance: Let the music move your feet as we enjoy some classic tunes and modern melodies. Our talented musicians will play a selection of toe-tapping beats, providing a wonderful ambiance for everyone to enjoy.

Relax and unwind with a cup of tea, complemented by delicious finger sandwiches, scones, and scrumptious treats. Savor the flavours and relish the comfort of being surrounded by caring and friendly individuals.

Make Friends: Whether you're a regular attendee or joining us for the first time, embrace the opportunity to meet new friends and reconnect with familiar faces. Our warm and welcoming community ensures that you'll feel at home, sharing stories and laughter with others.

Healthy Body, Healthy Mind – Free Wellness session at the Chiswick Town Hall

This Thursday (27 July at 2pm) we will hold our first of the series of Wellbeing sessions at the Chiswick Town Hall. The session is free to attend and for anyone interested in learning about Healthy Mind, Stress Management, Thinking Traps, and stress effect on health. The session is in a relaxed environment with engaging activities around coping with stress and relaxation techniques.
