Established in 2008, CTA Performing Arts is an award-winning part-time dance and drama school for ages 18 months to adults. We are proud to be recognised as one of the Top 100 Club Hub Children’s Activity Providers in the UK and a finalist in the WhatsOn4 Kids Awards 2025. Our extensive curriculum includes Ballet, Tap, Modern, Ballroom, Commercial Jazz, AcroDance, Circus, Musical Theatre, Drama, and LAMDA, ensuring a vibrant and diverse experience for every aspiring performer.

Our mission is to nurture and inspire children with enthusiasm and expertise, encouraging each student to reach their full potential in their artistic endeavours and become great people. Our classes not only foster a love for the arts but also equip your child with invaluable life skills. Classes run seven days a week, offering something for everyone. Children aged 3 and up can participate in our exciting summer shows at a local theatre. Additionally, we offer multi-activity camps during holidays, including half-term breaks, and our summer camps include a week-long Matilda musical theatre camp, where students perform at Tabard Theatre on the final day.

CTA is a family run business, and as a family business, we’d like to invite you to join our Performing Arts family! Many students begin their journey with us at just three years old and continue until they are 18, discovering a love of dance, theatre, and friendships that will last a lifetime. Each year, we produce an annual musical, with previous productions including Frozen, Matilda, Bugsy Malone, Oliver, and Beauty and the Beast. Our talented students have also gone on to star in Disney films and West End shows like Matilda and Les Misérables.
