Anna Haugh, the former Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay's London House and former Executive Chef at Bob Bob Ricard will premier her first Guest Chef event with an exceptional 5 course menu, beginning with canapés and ending with a divine Chocolate Tart.Anna, an Irish native, describes her style of food as Modern European with a strong connection to Irish produce and ingredients. The concept behind her exclusive one off menu is a "fresher, lighter version of French Food - simple and delicious!" There will be three bold flavours per plate and Anna's raison d'être is cooking for other people.. She takes pride in cooking for loyal, local and supportive customers.
This pop up event will be taking place in the spacious, luxurious kitchens and restaurant at W5 and guests will have the opportunity to see Anna and the chefs at work in the open kitchen and drink and mingle with West Londoners, foodies and industry professionals alike.
