Chamberland Residential won their second Gold award for Best Letting Agent London (South) at the ESTA’s on the 17th April, hosted by none other than Phil Spencer himself.

The prestigious event was held at the Hilton Park Lane and this year saw over 800 agents attend for a full day of awards, a 4 course lunch and of course pictures with Phil.

“Winning this award means so much more than any other accolade out there as its strictly voted for by our Landlord’s, not a panel of industry judges who don’t know us. Our clients have to rate us in many different categories and they are our harshest critics, so to win gold again means all that much more to us knowing how happy they are.”

This is Chamberland Residential’s 4th award since opening their doors in 2011. They primarily focus on customer service and being the “personal agent” in Putney as they are a small independent company run by Nicole Chamberland herself. There are no less than 24 agents in the immediate area to choose from, many of them chain companies, so to win this award really does say something about their service.
