After another successful year, the team at Chamberland Residential have won the Gold Award for London (South) at the ESTA’s 2013 after having taken the Bronze Award in 2012. The ESTA’s are quite a prestigious award in the industry due to it being solely voted on by the customers themselves...the harshest critic to any agent. They are not just another award ceremony, it’s a customer feedback programme all rolled into one!



These awards are based on the results of current clients voting and scoring their agent for the last working year. With over 600 agents attending the ceremony, hosted by the one and only Phil Spencer at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel last Friday 19th April, there is quite a bit of competition and any ESTA award received by an agent shows they’ve given a special level of customer service over and above their peers. In the London (South) category there were 8 agents shortlisted and 5 were big chain agents.
