Chamberland Residential have moved to a beautiful new office at 212 Upper Richmond Road, SW15 6TD and welcome all who are passing to pop in and say hello!

After a very successful first year on the High Street, it was time for the business to expand and when the opportunity came for these new premises, the owner Nicole Chamberland just couldn’t resist its location and space.

Nicole states:
“Having been open less than a week at the new premises, we can already see business levels increasing with loads of landlords and applicants looking for something different. Our main focus has always been to offer a service that people need, no gimmicks, just the goods. We saw fantastic results in 2011 with winning most of our business over the bigger more established agents in the area just by offering competitive fees and a friendly, personal, customer service focussed approach. They’re main focus still remains Residential Lettings and Property Management with Nicole looking to launch the Residential Sales dept. in the next few months.
