The most expensive places to live in Putney and Roehampton
An analysis of sales figures from the Land Registry has shown which are the most expensive places to buy a home in SW15.
Top of the list is Roedean Crescent where the average price in recent years has been over £4,000,000. Putney's top street is Genoa Avenue where the level is over £3,000,000.

The average price of a home sold sold in the SW15 post code area since the end of March was £593,708. This is after a record breaking first quarter of 2013 when the average went above £600,000 for the first time.
