Luxury Putney homes changing hands at record rate
There was some encouragement for local estate agent with the publication of new figures that suggest the property market in the Putney and Roehampton areas had made a lively start to the year. A full table of transactions published year to date appears below.
Volumes are picking up from depressed levels and, most notably, there were seven properties changing hands for over one million pounds equal to the highest number of transactions seen in this price bracket in a single month. Of these two were sold for over £2,000,000 - on Genoa Avenue and Roehampton Gate.
