Sauvignon/Semillion - a lively blend from The Tower Winery. Lots of fresh fruit and a pleasing acidity. Rick was present when they did the blending of the wine and was very happy with the result.

The fruit from this lovely wine was selected from the two best Shiraz growing regions in Australia-the Hunter Valley and the Barossa Valley. It is full and generously flavoured with pleasing restarined tannins.
