With a special seasonal menu of nature's autumn gifts
For many Italians living in the countryside, autumn is
most eagerly awaited, not least because the gathering of its gifts
of nature is an exciting pastime in itself.
If one had to choose three ingredients, for which this season
is cherished, they would be chestnuts, mushrooms
(truffles being the most sought after) and wild game.
We have dedicated a fortnight to this cuisine
for which Giuseppe and Head Chef, Baldassare
have put together some classic regional recipes.
This special menu is available in the evenings from 24th October to 5th November .
