Will serve food grown on their own farm
The Putney Lodge Hotel is to open a revamped restaurant called Hide and Seed at the end of this month. It will concentrate on game and fish based recipes with ingredients sourced from their own farm.
Portuguese Ricardo Soares has been appointed as the head chef of the 30 cover establishment. He has worked in restaurants in London for over 15 years and promises dishes that will be inspired by his national heritage according to Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine.
The hotel’s current restaurant, The Library, served a limited grill based menu.
