An opportunity to see the plans for new hotel and shops at the site
The Thackeray Estate has recently acquired 111- 117 Putney High Street and is holding a public consultation on 5 December to share with residents their plans for the site.
The company website states that it 'is a leading property development and asset management business with a track record of regenerating sites - often rich in heritage- into high quality mixed use spaces which benefit local communities'.
The proposal is for a mixed
use
development
comprising
retail and a hotel.
The
development
will
involve
refurbishment
and
extension
of
the
buildings
on
the
corner
of
Putney
High
Street
and
Werter
Road.
It includes the
demolition
of
the
rear
part
of
the
building
(fronting
Werter
Road)
and
the construction
of
a
new
building.
On the 5 December the company will hold a public
exhibition
of
the
proposed
development
and
forum
for
local
residents'
and
business’s
comments at the site -
117
Putney
High
Street,
SW15
(side
entrance
on
Werter
Road).
The company have recently developed One Putney which includes Metro Bank on the High Street.
