The Putney Christmas lights event organised by the Putney Partnership in association with the council was a big success.

The Putney Partnership Board would like to thank the stallholders and everybody to turned out to visit the Christmas Market on 3rd December and witness the turning on of the Christmas Lights.  They would also like to thank the main sponsors, Barratt Homes, Chesterton Humberts, estate agents, Russell Cooke, solicitors, The Putney Society, The Putney Rotary Club, Eddie Catz and Wandsworth Council, without whose help the market and the lighting of the Christmas tree would not have taken place. The organising committee, who put a lot of time and effort into the event, would also like to thank Cato Music for their help with the music, Brit Row for the stage and sound system and the children from Brandlehow School, Hurlingham School, Hotham School and St Mary's School for their singing on a cold afternoon.
