Did you volunteer with Putney-based international development charity VSO?
The organisation is trying to re-establish contact with as many of the 33,000 individuals who have volunteered with VSO over the past 50 years.
The charity is celebrating it's 50th anniversary with a number of exciting events, including one at the Royal Festival Hall on Saturday, 15 March.
The event opens at 2 pm with a fast-moving, interactive panel debate featuring Trevor Phillips, Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Harriet Lamb from the Fairtrade Foundation, Richard Lambert who is Director General of the CBI, activist Peter Tatchell and journalist and Africa expert, Richard Dowden and chaired by BBC Newsnight presenter, Emily Maitlis.
VSO is an international development charity that sends skilled and qualified volunteers to work in countries where the need is greatest. They passionately believe that we make a difference in the fight against poverty through the work of their volunteers in a wide variety of disciplines.
