Whilst you watch the Boat Race on Saturday
The Stop the Shaft Campaign will have a stand just outside the Ranelagh Sailing Club on Boat Race Day from 3pm onwards. The campaign is run by local people working to protect our Greenfield sites along the river, particularly Barn Elms playing fields, from being used as a 7 year construction site by Thames Water.
T-shirts for sale at £5 to wear with pride and show your support on this important day. We must fight on and this is an ideal day with TV crews from all around the world at the Boat Race, which will also be impacted by this proposed construction site.
