1A Charlwood Road: Matt Warnes (owner)
Matt is building an eco-house which came in sections from Germany and only took a few days to put up. Now the brick cladding is going on. It is fully insulated so that heating bills are going to be incredibly low. He hopes that he may be able to put it on the Open House programme for next September
