Artists With Parkinson’s Feature in Exhibition


Putney Arts Theatre and Putney Library host the Mervyn Peake Awards Exhibition

The Mervyn Peake Awards are a celebration of the talents of people with Parkinson’s. They aim to encourage creativity in memory of the late Mervyn Peake, a much-admired artist and writer who had Parkinson’s.

Come along to a free exhibition in Putney to view a selection of entries from this year’s awards and learn more about the condition.

The exhibition takes place from 4 – 24 August and is split into two locations

Putney Arts Theatre on Ravenna Road is exhibiting art and photography. Putney Library is exhibiting books, poetry and ‘Together’-themed multimedia category.
