Come and join the The House of Yoga for a Yoga Flash Mob- a free outdoor Vinyasa flow style class in the beautiful setting of Putney’s riverside!
Led by The House of Yoga’s Director and Founder, Jason Pooley the class will be a powerful and uplifting mind body work out leaving you feeling invigorated, focused and calm.
When: 28th September 3pm
Where: Putney Wharf Square, The Piazza, Brewhouse Lane (by The Boathouse Pub and Carluccio’s)
What to bring and wear: Bring your own mat if possible but The House of Yoga will have some spares available to borrow. Your usual yoga gear is fine and The House of Yoga will also have t-shirts for the lucky participants
