Local Cancer Research UK shops urge locals to rethink their belongings
Our tastes are forever changing – although some of us reinvent ourselves more often than others!
With summer seems on its way and the shops now stocking the new season’s fashions, perhaps you have felt that it is time for a little re-invention of your own – in your wardrobe! The Cancer Research UK shops at 127 High Street, Putney and at 244 Upper Richmond Road West, East Sheen …are pleading with locals that are doing just that, to remember their local shop when it comes to clearing their unwanted clutter......
Area Manager Shabana Choudhry says: “This is a chance to ‘start again’, by making room for the new season’s clothing. Our shops are really in need of your good quality unwanted items as people often turn to us when they too want a revamp! We are particularly in need of quality men’s and ladies summer wear. We are also in need of swim shoes, bags, hats and sunglasses which are in high demand right now and we are having trouble keeping up with the demand – which is a shame as it means we could be raising even more money towards vital cancer research!”
Just pop any donations along to your local shop where they will be gratefully received by the team.
