The Boat Race starts this year at around 4.30pm on Sunday 31st March (Easter Sunday), (Isis v Goldie - reserve crews @ 4pm) but why not make a day of it in Putney with friends?
There’s a world market in Church Square (by the Odeon), hog roast in the forecourt of St Mary’s church and live music in many Putney bars (see programme).

Putney is going through a phase of improvement at the moment, including enlargement of The Exchange shopping centre that will introduce a new H&M store to the High Street, improvement of the station and several other High Street buildings.
