Putney's Newest Hairdresser part of “Best Salon Group of the Year”

The seanhanna group who scooped the coveted Fellowship for British Hairdressing “Best Salon Group of the Year” Award 2009, held at the annual Fellowship Luncheon, held at the Dorchester Hotel, Monday 7th December 2009.

“We’re delighted to have won such a prestigious award.” said Sean Hanna, the salon group owner, he contiunued, “The Fellowship is all about quality standards of hairdressing so winning this award means a lot to us. As a brand we strive to make sure all salons collectively share the same values and principles. All our staff are trained to reflect the seanhanna brand image which is quality service through training all staff on the importance of executing excellent customer satisfaction.”

As well as the Putney High Street Salon there are salons in in Sutton, Croydon, Canary Wharf, Worcester Park, Epsom, Wimbledon, & Cambridge. With 8 salons in the group, extended management training is seanhanna’s priority.

Senior management receive a full day training per month, with topics ranging from team motivation, incentive implementation, in salon marketing, to profit and loss workshops.

These are used to really learn how to manage their teams and salons and ultimately to further enhance the service given to our clients.
