Work Continues On Putney Embankment


The teams on site will be reduced in number as Tideway halts work on other sites

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Tideway has suspended works at the Barn Elms, Carnwath Road Riverside and Dormay Street sites.

However work on the Putney Embankment Foreshore site is still continuing, but the Company have reduced the number of workers on site. A spokesperson for the company said: "For those people who are still working at site we have extensive health and safety measures in place and we are following Public Health England guidelines".

The team on site will be working a maximum of 11.5 hours per day Monday to Saturday, between 6am and 10pm, and Sunday 10am to 6pm. It will be completed by the week ending 17 April.
