Road Closures Ahead in Putney and Roehampton

Hammersmith Bridge is closed to vehicular traffic indefinitely due to safety concerns. For further information contact the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham via email at bridgeproject@lbhf.gov.uk.

Albert Bridge SW11 - is closed to vehicles as a precautionary measure following routine inspections carried out by RBKC highways engineers and contractors. It will remain closed until further notice. Traffic is being diverted via Chelsea Bridge and Battersea Bridge, and the bridge remains open to pedestrians and cyclists.

There is a road closure currently in place on Carlton Drive at the junction with Putney Hill – due to flooding, emergency works are being carried out by Wandsworth Council. Estimated completion date: 25/06/26
