Planning applications by Putney householders fell by 8% and 22% by developers
Current live applications - Wandsworth Council website
Planning applications by Putney householders fell by 8% in the 12 months to October 2019, according to Wandsworth Council’s planning portal, possibly reflecting the continued uncertainty over Brexit during the year.
Developers have been even more reluctant than householders to put forward schemes, with applications for outline consent for major developments down 22%.
However, the numbers visiting the planning portal increased over the previous year, indicating that people may be researching their next project.
Alternatively, they may be just keeping an eye on what their neighbours are up to.
