Five storey office block to be built overlooking Wandsworth Park

Planning permission has been granted for a new five storey office building on the corner of Putney Bridge and Deodar Road.
The offices are being designed by dn-a architects and developed by Landid and will overlook Wandsworth Park.
The Parklife Building will double the amount of office space on the existing site, with the demolition of the 40,000 sq ft vacant office building, into a 80,000 sq ft, ‘ urban workplace’.
The building will also provide 7,000 sq ft of retail space fronting onto the park, as well as occupier amenities such as: cycle and shower facilities, on-site yoga lessons and cafes. The office building extends to five storeys and will have terraces on every floor, making the most of the park setting.

The Parklife Building will start on site in early 2017, with an 18-month build period and expected completion date of June 2018.
