Four Year Old Boy Hit By Car In Roehampton


Police, ambulances and air ambulance all attend the scene

At approximately 5.15pm police were called to an incident on Medfield Road, Roehampton after a reports of a collision between a car and a child. The four year old boy was taken to hospital in west London and his injuries are not being treated as life threatening.

One resident told this website that there were
"Three police cars blocking top end of Medfield at Putney Heath, another three or four at the bottom end. Tape everywhere. I think two ambulances, two unmarked cars and another couple of police cars in the middle. Helicopter that came left with no-one."

The police have confirmed that London Ambulance Service was called to the scene as was the London Air Ambulance.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
