Police release man arrested in connection with death of New Zealander
The police have bailed the man arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder of Stephen Andrews. Mr. Andrews died after receiving serious head injuries outside a Putney pub on Sunday.
A 28 year old man was arrested after attending a police station in Exeter. He has been bailed to return to a north London police station in late February 2013 pending further enquiries.
Stephen Andrews, aged 46 of Old Oak Lane, Harlesden, died on Sunday 9 December after an altercation near the Dukes Head on the Lower Richmond Road.

Mr. Andrews was originally from Wellington, New Zealand and tributes have been pouring in to his Facebook page with friends expressing disbelief that someone they described as intelligent and peace loving could have died in such circumstances.
Mr. Andrews had been the lead singer of punk rock band Vas Deferens in the nineties. The group had some success in their home country during that period.
It is believed that he had been in Putney celebrating his girlfriend's birthday. The post mortem showed that the cause of death was serious head injuries.
Officers from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command are investigating and an incident room has opened at Hendon under Detective Chief Inspector Matt Bonner.
DCI Bonner said: "We are still appealing for anyone who was in or around the area of the Duke's Head pub in Lower Richmond Road after midnight who may have seen or heard anything to call our incident room or Crimestoppers."
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information that may assist police should call the incident room on 020 8358 0200 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
