Serial Beggar By Nat West Arrested

Claims that he was homeless were untrue

Police have been inundated with requests by residents about the ongoing begging problem. On the 17th November 2012 - A serial beggar, who asked for money saying he was homeless but who actually has a home in Fulham, was arrested outside Nat West Bank on Putney High Street.

Regulars on the Putney forum have confirmed that he is infact a Fulham resident. While further enquiries are carried the male has been banned from SW15. The police advise that the male will be charged in due course.

This beggar has encouraged an influx of other beggars who will soon be on message that their begging will no longer be tolerated.
