Roehampton SNT Given A Bike

A gift from the Poor Servants of the Mother of God (PSMG)

On Monday the 27th February 2011 officers from Roehampton Safer Neighbourhood team attended a presentation ceremony at the Kairos Centre where they were donated a fully liveried police bicycle.

The bike was kindly donated by the Poor Servants of the Mother of God (PSMG) and The Kairos Centre to assist the Safer Neighbourhood Team with their work on the ward.

PS Andy Bott Roehampton SNT said:
"We have a fantastic relationship with the PSMG and the Kairos Centre and they are an integral part of the community doing immeasurable work. They give up a huge amount of their time and resources to assist us. In the current climate of cuts and shrinking funding a donation of this scale will be incredibly helpful, especially as we work on one of the largest wards on the borough"

Sister Mary Holmes from the PSMG said:
“I am thrilled that we can be of some assistance to the team with all the hard work they put into the community. It is wonderful for us to be able to show the community how closely we work with the SNT.”
