Putney Woman Involved In Fatal Collision With Cyclist in Surrey
Ms James has been charged with failing to stop following a collision
31 year old Hannah James failed to stop following a collision with 17 year old Joel Semmens who was cycling home in Byfleet around 9.4pm on 13th October 2010.
Joel was taken to hospital in Chertsey but died of his injuries three days before his 18th birthday.
Ms James will also be charged with having a defective tyre on her Audi TT convertible and will appear in Woking Magistrate's Court at a later date.
